Zak Metalsky

Zak Metalsky (he/him) (Lighting Designer and Master Electrician) is a lighting designer and theatre electrician living in St. Louis. He has previously worked as Master Electrician for Max & Louie’s Tiny Beautiful Things and is excited to work for them (and on this show) in a design capacity.

He is the lighting designer for the Big Muddy Dance Company, and other lighting design + electrician credits this year include Ignite Theatre Company’s Heathers: Teen Edition, Kode Redd’s vibeZ, and Dance Center of Kirkwood’s The Nutcracker.

As a stagehand, he works for UMSL, COCA, Chaminade, and the Kranzberg Arts Foundation.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, playing Dungeons & Dragons, quoting Avatar: The Last Airbender by episode number, or probably something that’s equally nerdy.
