Kyle Hatley (Mickey Deans) is a theatre artist that used to play football. Kyle is the artistic director of This Happy Breed. He served as associate artistic director of Kansas City Repertory Theatre from 2008 to 2014. In 2015, he was the Resident Director at KC Rep. He is a 2011 Charlotte Street Foundation Generative Artist Fellow and a board member of The Living Room Theatre. He lives in Newhall, CA with his wife, Emily, and their dog French Fry.
